Le Chic, the right place for good bread

Le Chic on Washington, is a French bakery managed, I think, by Cubans. As far as I’m concerned, they make the best bread in all South Beach; maybe a little pricey but very good.

And the same goes for croissants, pain au chocolat and the pastries with custard and fruit. Also sandwiches and mini pies are not bad at all. But it is a precious address especially for good bread (particularly recommend the petit or the baguette) that seems impossible to be found around here in Miami Beach. Manolo (always on Washington Ave.) makes good bread as well, and certainly cheaper, but believe me, the best you can find at Le Chic.

The shopkeeper ladies are kind and patient, and if you want you can eat on spot (breakfast is recommended).

The exact address is 1043 Washington Ave.
